  * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of   order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance   procedures or other causes.

  * Please submit an email within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our   representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be   accepted.

  * Our delivery partners might not be able to call you upon arrival so please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address where the shipment can be received during business hours. If the parcel is failed to deliver, the postman might leave the parcel with a neighbor or send it to your nearest post office, you will receive a card with instructions for collection.

  Due to COVID-19, shipments to other countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will   have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we   will notify you immediately.

 

Return Policy

  How to Make a Return – International Customers

 You could return any item within 28 days of receiving your order. As an International customer,       you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note that you’ll need to cover the         postage charge yourself. Please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged       any duties. Please send the return order to Miss Itzzie Blk 682 Choa Chukang Cres #03-522           680682 Singapore via a tracked postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are   returning and make sure you obtain a proof of posting. Please note that the return order is the     customer’s responsibility until received by Miss Itzzie.

 Unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange for returned items. If you would like a different size or  colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

 Faulty/Incorrect Item Return

 If you found your received item is faulty/incorrect, please contact itzziemlm@gmail.com with   your order number, the faulty item’s name and number and a description of the faulty. We’ll get   back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item or a return label. Please note   that we are unable to compensate for your return shipping expenses if you return the order   without notice.

 Once your return has been received. Please allow to issue you a full refund with 3-5 working days.

 Item must be in original condition..(such as unwash, tag attached, no perfume smell etc...)

 Any item with any promotional price/discounts or voucher used are not applicable for return.
